Februar ist endlich die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.origin-gi.com\/index.php?option=com_acymailing&amp;ctrl=url&amp;subid=&amp;urlid=2255&amp;mailid=745\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Genfer Akte \u00fcber Ursprungsbezeichnungen und geografische Angaben der WIPO<\/strong><\/a> (Weltorganisation f\u00fcr geistiges Eigentum) in Kraft getreten.<\/p>\n<p>Die WIPO ist eine Sonderorganisation der UNO, deren Ziel darin besteht, weltweit den Schutz des geistigen Eigentums &#8211; vor allem in grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Fragen &#8211; durch die Kooperation zwischen den Staaten zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p>Das lange erwartete <strong>internationale Register erleichtert den Schutz der geografischen Angaben<\/strong> in der ausl\u00e4ndischen Rechtsprechung, wodurch der Schutz des <strong>Gorgonzola<\/strong> weiter gest\u00e4rkt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kommentar von oriGIn, dem italienischen Verband der Konsortien f\u00fcr den Schutz geografischer Angaben, lautet: <em>\u201eAuf diese Weise wird die <strong>Rechtssicherheit<\/strong> im internationalen Handel f\u00fcr Erzeuger, Verarbeiter, Vertrieb und Verbraucher erh\u00f6ht.
