September &#8211; Welttourismustag"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Eine Tour zur Erkundung des Gebiets, in dem der Gorgonzola mit gesch\u00fctzter Ursprungsbezeichnung hergestellt wird<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Gorgonzola ist ein bekanntes Vorzugsprodukt, das inzwischen weltweit gekostet und gesch\u00e4tzt wird. Der Gorgonzola mit g.U. muss notwendigerweise mit Milch aus St\u00e4llen erzeugt werden, die allein in zwei italienischen Regionen liegen d\u00fcrfen: Lombardei und Piemont mit den Provinzen <strong>Novara, Vercelli, Cuneo, Biella, Verbano Cusio Ossola und dem Gebiet von Casale Monferrato f\u00fcr Piemont sowie Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Cremona, Lecco, Lodi, Mailand, Monza, Pavia und Varese f\u00fcr die Lombardei<\/strong>, wo die 3.000 landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe aus dem Gebiet des Konsortiums verteilt liegen, das die Milch f\u00fcr die K\u00e4sereien liefert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Gorgonzola wird von ca. 30 K\u00e4sereien hergestellt, die im Konsortium zum Schutz des Gorgonzola zusammengeschlossen sind und in denen die Milch unter Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Gesundheitsnormen in Betrieben verarbeitet wird, welche \u00fcber die erforderliche Ausr\u00fcstung, Sorgfalt und Erfahrung verf\u00fcgen, die f\u00fcr eine in erheblichem Ma\u00dfe von Hand durchgef\u00fchrte und gesteuerte K\u00e4seproduktion ben\u00f6tigt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Welch bessere Gelegenheit als der <strong>Welttourismustag, der am 27. September begangen wird<\/strong>, um die St\u00e4tten zu besichtigen, an denen dieses italienischen Exzellenzprodukt hergestellt wird?<\/p>\n<p>Vor allem die <em>Foodtravellers<\/em>, d.h.
