Ce mois-l\u00e0, le pourcentage de <strong>Gorgonzola Piquant<\/strong> sur le total de la production a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 13% environ (soit 62 milles meules), d\u2019o\u00f9 une croissance de 53% par rapport \u00e0 septembre de l\u2019an dernier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Excellente performance pour l\u2019export aussi. <\/strong>\u00c0 la date du 31 juillet 2024, 1.249.583 meules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 destin\u00e9es aux march\u00e9s internationaux, en <strong>hausse de 5,4%<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de 2023. La consommation de Gorgonzola augmente de 5% en Europe qui reste le principal march\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, et de 8% dans le reste du monde. 1.078.166 meules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019UE, tandis que celles qui ont vol\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res UE <strong>ont atteint la valeur record de 171.333<\/strong>. Le d\u00e9tail par Pays voit la <strong>France<\/strong> en t\u00eate avec 293.258 meules import\u00e9es (+4,4% par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente), suivie par l\u2019<strong>Allemagne <\/strong>avec 272.417 meules (+6,5%) puis par l\u2019<strong>Espagne<\/strong> avec 95.540 meules (+9,8%). Le premier pays extra-UE est le <strong>Japon<\/strong> avec 24.515 meules import\u00e9es au cours du premier semestre de cette ann\u00e9e (-2,7%), suivi par les <strong>\u00c9tats Unis<\/strong> qui ont re\u00e7u 18.393 meules (+2,9%). En outre, il faut souligner la hausse de <strong>11,7%<\/strong> de l\u2019export vers le <strong>Royaume-Uni<\/strong> qui a import\u00e9 un peu moins de 22 mille meules <em>(Donn\u00e9es Clal)<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":57520,"template":"","class_list":["post-57530","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","news-category-nouvelles"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
