Dit werd tijdens de laatste editie van de World Cheese Awards 2022 bepaald door 250 juryleden afkomstig uit 38 landen. Dit is het belangrijkste kaasconcours ter wereld dat in Kiev gehouden zou worden, maar wegens de oorlog afgelopen november naar Newport in Wales was verplaatst.<br \/>\nAan het concours dongen 4424 kaassoorten uit 42 landen en in totaal 900 deelnemende bedrijven ernaar mee.
