{"id":21397,"date":"2019-05-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-23T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nl.gorgonzola.com\/nieuws\/tuttofood-2019-wel-eens-gorgonzola-geprobeerd\/"},"modified":"2023-07-18T14:37:22","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T12:37:22","slug":"tuttofood-2019-wel-eens-gorgonzola-geprobeerd","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/gorgonzola.egloo.it\/nl\/nieuws\/tuttofood-2019-wel-eens-gorgonzola-geprobeerd\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuttofood 2019: heb je wel eens Gorgonzola geprobeerd met\u2026?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tijdens de laatste editie van TUTTOFOOD, de zevende, die afgelopen 9 mei in Milaan eindigde, was Gorgonzola de protagonist van een reis langs de laars teneinde nieuwe combinaties van topkwaliteit uit SICILIE, TOSCANE en EMILIA te ontdekken in 6 nieuwe recepten van chef-kok Gianpiero Cravero.<\/p>\n<p>De gerechten <u>Risotto &#8220;Bellini Style<\/u>&#8221; en een <u>smakelijk dessert<\/u> gemaakt met de Perzik van Leonforte BGA, een fruitsoort die geteeld wordt in centraal Sicili\u00eb zonder gebruik van pesticiden; een eerste gang gebaseerd op <u>Orecchiette<\/u> en een <u>Hart van zachte Gorgonzola B.O.B. in fagottini van Finocchiona BGA geserveerd met kurkuma couscous <\/u>zijn recepten gemaakt met de typische salami volgens de Toscaanse traditie; de Aardappel van Bologna B.O.B. samen met Gorgonzola B.O.B. was tenslotte de protagonist van smakelijke <u>Spiesjes van Gorgonzola BOB met de in blokjes gesneden Aardappel van Bologna B.O.B. met port<\/u> en van een originele creatie van chef Cravero <u>&#8220;Ei en eieren&#8221;<\/u> (gebaseerd op Gorgonzola B.O.B., Aardappel van Bologna B.O.B., Ei en Eitjes van de steur).<\/p>\n<p>Op 7 mei i is er een speciale gebeurtenis met de gehuldigde kok met ster van het Consortium, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, die zijn eigen ongepubliceerde creatie heeft gemaakt voor honderden fans en exploitanten van de sector die zich voor de Consortium-stand hebben verzameld: <u>Aubergine-kroket, Gorgonzola B.O.B. en aardappelen met tomatensaus<\/u>.
